Sara was born in Tennessee and moved to Titusville when she was five years old. She is married to Steve "Shamu" Leonhard who works for USA as Pad Operations Chief. She has 3 wonderful "grown" children and 3 grandchildren with one on the way. Before coming to RehabWorks she worked for Hospice of St. Francis for two years and before that, Office Manager for Cardiology Group for 18 years.
