Impact the cost of workers' compensation costs on the KSC workforce. Provide proactive injury prevention programs to all KSC civil service and contractor employees. Reduce the amount of lost work time through the on-site physician referral system and through patient education. Work in conjunction with local health care providers in order to provide the highest standard of athletic training care to the KSC workforce. Incorporate the fitness and wellness principles presently utilized in the KSC Fitness Centers as part of a proactive approach to injury prevention and management.
